  • Description

    Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 15 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and add aseptically to 500 ml of
    sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 116 – GC AGAR BASE / TMV 116 – GC AGAR BASE (VEG.) / TM 933 – THAYER MARTIN
    MEDIUM BASE along with separately prepared Hemoglobin. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
