  • Description

    Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 475 ml of
    sterile, molten, cooled (45-50?C) TM 615 – PERFRINGENS AGAR BASE (T.S.C./S.F.P. AGAR BASE) / TMV 615 – PERFRINGENS
    AGAR BASE (T.S.C./S.F.P. AGAR BASE) (VEG.) / TM 615 – TRYPTOSE SULPHITE CYCLOSERINE AGAR BASE / TM 846 – S.F.P.
    AGAR BASE along with 25 ml of sterile Egg Yolk Emulsion. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
