    Rehydrate the contents in 5 ml of Rehydrating fluid. Aseptically add this to 245 ml of sterile, TM 2264 – CHOCOLATE NO.
    2 AGAR BASE along with 250 ml of sterile 2% haemoglobin solution. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.
